Since you are going to be there, why not bring a sniper rifle and a spoter rifle and shoot the Sniper Team event. You will need 8 rounds for each gun and a steady hand and nerves of steel and $ 10.00. Also, bring a pistol for he pistol match.

IPSC is not on Rifle 1. They are on Pistol 1 and 2. Sniper Team will be 8 rounds for the Sniper and 8 rounds for the spotter. all fired in 90 seconds. The sniper shoots 1 round at 300m, then 1 round at 200m and so on back and forth untill he has expended 8 rounds. Sometime in that 90 seconds. the spotter will engage 4 targets at 100m with 2 rounds each. Any rounds out of the 6" scoring ring on any target, any tounds not fired, the team is dead!

if you are shooting the IPSC Match you will not have time to shoot anything else. at an outdoor IPSC Alberta match you are either shooting/then working or vice versa. if you do not work your shift then your scores are removed from the match.

blew my travel budget for the month on BC Provincials. i couldn't get a roommate so the hotel and car rental were a tad steep. Ended up building fence instead.
It was a fun shoot to bad you could not make it Walter!!!!
