Stuck Brass

Well, today I went down to load up some hunting ammo and I got ahead of my self and started to de-prime some .308 brass. I forgot to lube the cases and got one stuck in the die

Any one got any suggestions on how to get it out??? The die is a Hornady New dimension.

get a stuck case remover for $20. You aren't the first person to do this.

I just dealt with the same thing this week.

I drill and tap the case through the primer pocket (1/4 inch). I use a 2 inch long 1/4" bolt, 17mm socket and washer. Put washer on bolt, insert bolt into socket from the square hole end, screw bolt into threaded primer pocket. Tighten bolt until brass pops out.

Don't forget to remove the depriming pin.
