Try Graf & Sons. Great prices, excellent service and if they are allowed to ship it to Canada they will.
They also have no trouble with using USPS, so you have to pay only the $5.00 brokerage fee that Canada Postcharges and the GST/PST.
Note: Never, ever have anything shipped UPS or FedEX. They are thieves and sodomites of the worst sort. They routinely charge huge brokerage fees in excess of $80 for the same paperwork that Canada Post will charge you $5.00
Only caveat is the $250 minimum they recently introduced on international orders. For some reason I never have too much trouble spending that. . .

I second the Midsouth Shooters Supply...good prices and they ship here. Or just hunt around on the EE and *gasp* ebay...lots of stuff in both places.
