It's not pretty, buuuuut....

I was looking at that site a couple of weeks ago when I was searching for replacement shorty cz-58 barrels in 7.62x39.

At 15in it would be classed restricted. If it was in a similar price range as the current cz-58 it might be worth taking a look at.

Cheers,

I was on the same site the other day I would be interested in the Defender. Hey Okelly you and I are looking for the same barrel keep me informed if you find one ill do the same.

blue line?

could be wrong but i think blue line has a pardon the pun line to them, arent luvo advertising the blue line AR15's? and i remember blue line selling the TT pistols

asking them now.

Im sorry but what the point of making a cheap gun that fires cheap ammo into a cheap gun that fires expensive ammo?

If its a barrel swap or mod it wont be cheap. I guess if you own an ar you can just share the mags and ammo but still...... I wouldnt get it

.223 isn't very expensive(relatively)
Terrible lack of non-restricted .223s out there
Not everyone likes the AR look

Norc m14s are a cheap gun that fire way more expensive ammo then .223 and still have a market.

x2

especially since the AR180 is discontinued, the T97 will probably be unobtainable for the next few years, and the XCR, SL8, and Swiss Arms are all above $2000, it would fill a good niche for affordable non-restricted .223 rifles using AR magazines (no $70 Mini 14 mags needed).
