Frosty shoot in Alberta

Is there any way I can get some info ....Is there room to shoot? I know its on October 3rd and 4th at the Homestead range. Whould love to be there.

Get in touch with Glen (Inspector) Taylor; he will have all the inof, but generally it will be the same as the palma... just show up. It involves more short range shooting so it is a good mix.

I am involved in a Rotenone application/fish kill that weekend so I cannot attend, but try and make it! it's a good shoot!

Hi Bucky, like Ian said, just show up. We've never turned away a shooter. The "Frost on the Pumpkin / Gil Hurst Memorial" is usually well attended..............it's the last match of the year. Be aware though, the weather has crimped this one in the past. It's a long way to go to get snowed out.

Who's camping out for the weekend? I am undecided on bring the Bordello or a tent. If there is going to be a fire and marshmallows (and alcoholic drinks ) the wife might come too.... otherwise I will just come out each day with the rest of the travelers.

Hello Bucky. Me and my wife have agreed to give this F-class a try. We have been invited by Henry Remple and will be useing his rifle and ammo.
If he tells me this ammo is for my wife and this is for me.... i think i'm in trouble already lol.
We will be staying in our motor home for the weekend, should arrive Fri. around 7ish.

Sounds like your going to get hooked like I did, Henry is bringing my new 6BR he just finished with him to the shoot but unfortunatly I haven't recieved my dies yet so I can't shoot it this weekend. However I have my Remy VLS 243 and I would like to see how it stacks up. I have only used it foe dogs so it should be fun finding out what it will do in a COMP.

I traded my Tikka308 for a new Remy 243 VLS so hence the New Name.
