Instead of the two inside pockets, there is now MOLLE on the inside of the flap.

So the only difference between this one and the first one is molle inside the compartments? Was the shoulder straps redesigned?

Shoulder straps do look redesigned however I didn't play with them that much while at the store.

Instead of the two pouches inside the flap there is now just MOLLE. As well there is a zippered compartment on the outside of the flap as well, that can be seen in the pic above.
