I know this isn't exactly H&S Arms Stuff...but the Gear and Accessories Forum is full of guys talking about Oakley Tactical Gloves and the Hunting! Forum gets very little traffic...besides...we all know H&S Arms is where it's at :D .

So what new piece of gear are you most excited to try out this season? For all you Western guys I'm sure most of you guys have tried your stuff this Elk season *jealousy*.

For me its my Sitka Celcius Bibs I got on sale for 99$, and polar tech power dry mid layers  .

Got a new Hastings barrell for the 870 somewhere between here and France.
Ordered it in May from AssPro Shops.

Got the scope from the EE ready to be mounted.

Deer better get ready for some long distance action! :sniper:

I'm just looking forward to using the new guns. The Marlin 336 for deer and the Winchester 1500 XTR on grouse. Oh and I got a new pair of hunting boots from Cabelas that are super warm and comfortable.

Going to enjoy watching my bride make the first kill with the Supersporter in 250-3000. Will be her first deer too. Can't wait.
Also excited to use my trapper Nelson pack this fall. Just because........

I am looking forward to trying out my new and freshly stitched up quad tendon, 6 more weeks to go and I might be able to stand with out a brace on. yahoo. FS

New Avery eliminator SUB layout blind for goose hunting. Actually had it out already and I'm quite happy with it.

Also new Kick-eze recoil pad on my slug gun. It's a lot softer than the factory pad, so I'm expecting I'll be happy with it as well.

Geovid rangefinding binoculars, and maybe an A1A B10 .308, which I will take as a backup gun...

You'll love the bino's popcan. I bought a set late last summer and it still puts a smile on my face when I bring them up for a look see.

I'm hoping to be able to drop the hammer on a big whitetail this fall with my new Rem 700 CDL stainless/fluted chambered in 270 wsm. It's topped with a Leupold 3.5-10 VXIII with Alumina scope caps in Talley light weights. I replaced the walnut stock with a laminate mountain rifle stock.
