Hey guys,

Can the rifles in question be purchased in Canada and are they restricted?

I seem to find a lot for sale in the US. What does it take to bring a rifle in from the US?

Thanks.

Ok let me rephrase, you cannot become qualified for prohibited weapons without a time machine.

I have no idea what the process is for firearms businesses.

If you read the marstar site. You can only buy those prohibited weapons if you are A. A government/military organization. B. Grandfathered for the specific weapons. C. Make prohibited weapons. C. A military museum. D. A movie prop company.

I still think it would be cool just to SEE one of there catalogues. I dont care if I cant buy anything. I just want to SEE one. And feel tears well up in my eyes.

Well I do not have my prohibited lisc. due to lack of time machine.

Johnone,
I bought a Yugo M48 from you guys last week.
What else Yugo do you have that is NOT prohibited but is Non Res/Res?

I am not sure what it takes to become a dealer, I don't see how the gov can prevent you from selling and let someone else sell. But selling as a dealer may not be individually owning?
In any case I can not own.

ENEFGEE;
Quite true in most cases, BUT if you get into the "exotix" firearms you must have one of the specialty licenses, museum , manufacturer, movie prop company,etc, etc....

NIKOINWINNIPEG;
Becoming a dealer does NOT automatically qualify one to have any of the so called "exotics"
John
Special classes can be applied for, one must prove the need, prove that potential business is out there, etc, etc.... VERY difficult....

What is the point of owning a prohibited firearm without being able to take it to the range and fire it at your leisure. The inherent issue is that everywhere else in the world firearms considered as tools or fun instruments, in Canada they are considered as evil.
This prohibitred #### can only be removed by us all voting for conservative party majority in the next election.

my 2 cents.

OUTOFTOWNER;
Well we are working on renovating the section of our site dealing with automatics, we also plan on adding tons of material not previouly seen on our site....

So yes, there will be plenty of new refference pages out there over the next few months

John, can you export exotics like Dragunovs to other countries? Is it difficult (assuming that the paperwork is all done at the importers end).
