Well, for my part, I have no issue with you owning one, you can even have the funky selector that goes all the way round. Hell, I don't care if you walk down the street with it slung across your chest. So there you go! What's more it wouldn't bother me if you lived next door (it might bother you though, having the guy next door constantly whinning to borrow your AR)
 
What is it with the Diemaco fanboys and their obsession?

You can own that, just not marked Diemaco. There are several manufacturer's making AR lowers in Canada and a short heavy barrel with a flat-top receiver and optional carry handle isn't exactly all that difficult to come by.

So stop bawling like a little girl a go buy that rifle.

1. I can't own full auto. AR's are NOT the same thing.
2. There are no CANADIAN manufacturers that make a similar product.

Stop replying like an illiterate and go and make me a sandwich.

GE 134 Mini Gun- Fully Transferable


We have a fully transferable GE M134 mini gun for sale that is in excellent condition. This gun comes with the original GE receiver, feeder delinker, 600 round ammo box and has been upgraded with Garwood motor, spade grip and fire control box, electrical cables, feed chute, motor, mount assembly (yoke, sight rail and vertical arm). Gun is ready to shoot and runs flawlessly. On form 4 in Arizona. You may have seen it in action mounted on top of a land rover at the previous MG Shooters events in Wikieup. Pictures are available. Price is $215,000.00 with buyer paying shipping and tax stamp.

In addition to the above mini gun we have available a complete parts kit consisting of a Garwood 80% receiver, complete housing assembly (with bolts, tracks and safeing sector), new FN barrels, barrel clamp assembly with flash hider, motor, feeder delinker, Degroat fire control box and cables (everything you need except a set of spade grips to make a post sample gun after receiving appropriate ATF approval and finishing the receiver, or use as spares for above gun). Heck, if I could afford one of these, I'd could afford to both move to the States to shoot it once in a while, and afford the ammo for it.

Any way.... *sigh* My intention is not to bash Canada or praise the US. Just some useless whining about gun I could never afford, and most likely will never get to shoot, which seems to be in theme with the thread.

Full auto in an AR/M16 platform is highly overrated and quite honestly, very rarely used. Even in a fibua setting, one would be better to control each round with rapid fire. Having said that, with the exception of a few full auto parts and machining, there are ARs out there that are as every bit as good and in fact better than Diamaco's products.
 
I can't imagine any situation in which I'd use full auto. Ammo costs way too much to make it worthwhile just to p**s off the poor guy in the next shooting bay.

And honestly, I'd rather give my money to a smaller company like ATR than the local branch of a behemoth like Colt.
 
Just what is a "Special Carbine chamber and gas system" ? Sounds like the same old shoot all the crap into the receiver system that Colt just cannot move away from despite almost ALL of its competition going to gas pistons.

Definition of Insane: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

Piston driven AR's are not necessary and bring their own issues to the current design. The DI system works just fine and has been for over 40 years. I agree, I would also like to know what a "special carbine and gas system" is.
