Seriously what the hell is going on. NO POWDER , NO PRIMER
for the past 3 week Ive been begging for small pistol primer and some Sweet titegroup or 231
I did 100km radius drive, around Montreal, Made at least 10 phone call and went to 10 different store and Cant find Any.

Small pistol Primer, Titegroup and Win 231 are now in the big Dinosaurs Family, Extinct :eek:
 
Did you try Higginson Powders in Hackesburry? If they don't have any stop searching you probably won't find anything.

They are out of stock too , this BS is driving me nuts :(

I reloaded 100 rounds of .223 tonight with BL-C (2) because I was bored and it was the only powder I had.

I still have a problem ... I dont own a .223 rifle :jerkit:

lol , I rather spend $359 on pistol primer and powders. It's already in my plan to spend some $$$$ on a AR pretty soon.

but where is all the pistol primers and powders ?

I got lucky 2 days ago I bought 600 primers from a store that was giving up reloading equipment. Surprisingly the only thing left was 600 Federal small pistol primers
got them for $3.89 / 100.
 
That's weird.

Last week when I called they were completely sold out of CCIs, but they still had Winchesters.

I went by tonight at 6:00 and bought 2000 WLP large pistol. They were sold out of WSP small pistol.

went to montreal yesterday,

was looking for primers,powder and bullets
for 30-30 and 30.06.

( winchester 760 powder, cci 200 primers, sierra 150 gr
30 caliber flat nose bullets, sierra 180 gr 30 caliber spitzers bullets )

Lebaron had cci large rifle primers but no powder and no bullets.

Dante had everything : primers,powder and bullets. even bought a
few mtm reloads boxes at half the price than Lebaron.
 
Manufactures are asking dealers to only sell 1000 primers per customer... to help keep things on the store floors... more and more stores are probally going to start to adopt this policy... for the last 2 years the reloading supplies market has been a nightmare... its not going to change any time soon.

As long as there are wars going on and Obama the best gun salesman in history is in power there will be a shortage... H1N1 and Obama banning there guns is the only thing on american minds right now.

Rudy and the gang are great, however in my experience, they are very expensive on reloading supplies. 20-25% more than leBaron's.

How much were the primers and powder last week ?

Primer at Dante CCI 500 $31.95 VS 27.83 at le baron
W231 was $29.95 VS 27.36 at le baron

Le baron had nothing in stock

It's like everything if you can shop ... Shop otherwise pay , but Higginson powders remains the cheapest I think
 
I've never heard the words "We're all out of primers" at Dante's. Sure, sometimes they'll only have CCI when you were hoping for Federal, but hey, beggars can't be choosers.
