Latest Tavor shipment pending; already half spoken for

Will some Tavors be shipped to local dealers across the country? I'm on the edge of buying one but would like to handle a $3000 gun before laying out the cash.

I will keep this short as I do not want to hijack the thread.
I have a Tavor for almost 2 yrs now. I changed the original MEPRO 6 moa sight to a combo scope and red dot with after market rail. Lower the trigger pressure. I really like the rifle. The original trigger was heavy pull but with no creep. Lower the trigger pressure makes the rifle more fun to shoot.
To me, the price is worth it. Plus the american cannot get it.
 
I agree, this rifle has some great features for canada.

Because it's a bullpup, the overall length is nice and short and still non-restricted.
It's a military rifle that's extremely durable and again, non-restricted.
Shoots good ol .223, and takes 10 round LAR Pistol magazines.

IMO, this is the best non-restricted you can buy if your looking for a short, tactical rifle.
If I get a large sum of money one day, I'll buy one :D
Until then, I just can't afford it.

With a 6x power scope, 100 yd, Winchester white box 55 gr FMJ standing position, no sling, 10 rounds group 8 to 10 inches. I imagine a heavier bullet will help.
With a 4 MOA red dot, 50 yd, Winchester white box 55 gr FMJ standing position, no sling, 5 rounds group 2 inches.

All groups are measured from edge to edge.

Really?? You get much much worse groups with a 6x scope than a 4 moa dot?
 
About 2 moa out of mine with fed 55gr fmj.
Klunk just buy one,It is a sweet piece of kit and if you do not like it you can give it to me.:p
