Where to order Yankee Hill parts in/to Canada?

Im looking specifically for one of these:
YHM Single Rail Gas Block .625 YHM-9386A

roughly around $50 in the US.

could someone please recommend a Canadian source, or someplace they have dealt with successfully in the US?

Dont mean to hijack, but same request with TROY products. Ive been trying to get a 12" rail and vertical grip for a couple days now.

do AR parts require export permits from the US?
would something like the gas block/rail pictured in my original post be snagged by customs?
most of these US places dont ship to Canada, but would it be OK to have it shipped to my friend in the US who would then ship it to me? or do things like these require export permits now?
