Back in '49,...

I found a 1949 mail order catolog from Robert Abels in New York. It's 200 pages of antique guns and swords. I hope it's readable, my stuff isn't working that well

They had Volcanic pistols, .31 cal, very good, $60.00, .41 cal exc. at $65.00, and .41 cal like new in orig. case for $110.00. Should of put them on Lay-away plan...

Bannerman's catalogs were even better.
Bannerman sold some guns and gun parts by the pound....
