CZ 858 Factory Folding stock mods

You can add a cheek rest made out of laminated wood. Hint: find an old school chair and use the rounded front part of the laminated hardwood seat, it's exactly the shape you need.
You'll have to devise a means of securing the part to the square bar but there lies the originality of your design, uh?
By any means, avoid drilling the metal stock, it is very thin.
And post your finished work, please.
PP. :)

I put on a 500 cord wrap to ease the teeth rattling. Anything other than that, means you're a pussy

I called in my order probably a couple minutes after that post. That wolfgang guy is really cool. The only thing I'm after now is some wooden AK furniture, along with the red plastic-wood buttstock for my 858. I wonder if I should call Wolverine back to see if they have any kicking around.

already called the factory stocks will be coming in witht he next shipment in dec sometime.

I don't think that would work. You might be able to cut some rubber hose lengthwise and then ducttape it together. What are you trying to achieve, folding or comfort or both? I ask that because there are more comfortable stocks out there.

i cut up a lawnmover chute , its made of heavy plastic , i heated the lower part and folded over the metal folder. its real comfy for red dot . also the top part folds over the top cover .

this one is nice i like it

but i am thinking more along the line of using Silicone rubber sheet cut to the right size then wrapped around it to make it tubular and then sealed with Heavy wall heat shrink tube
