fried rice for dinner this evening.

Left over moose roast from the other night and a tupperware container of steamed rice that was in the fridge fried up together with a bunch of cut up vegetables and sprinkled with soya sauce while still in the frying pan. A first. Excellent fare. :)

must be a T.O theme this weekend..........just had a few bowls of moose stew that i brewed up yesterday....had about 6-7 lbs of meat in crock pot with tons of vegies simmering all day:D...
now im smelling the aroma of dehydrator filled with moose burger jerky being made up......
it sure sucks to be in toronto and have to eat all this bush meat:evil:

 and happy eating

:agree:

I'm with Archie----you young pups with all that moose meat should send some to us old hunters so we can " gum " a piece of meat and think about the old days! :D

:slap::kickInTheNuts:Hey foggy, don't eat all that moose jerky before the weekend.... I want a piece to try out  Damn, you just made my mouth water too!

I had some barbecued Bullwinkette the other night.... Icehunter was gracious enough to send me home with a couple of steaks from the cow he got. I want one next year. Even grilled up medium well-well done (couldn't tell by feel, since it still felt RARE, and it was dark outside) it was tender and juicy.

Bighorn sheep is tastier than moose :D. More fun to hunt as well ;)
