It's a website meant for the U.S. There is some regulation there about the collapsible stocks that doesn't apply in Canada. Every M4 I've seen here has had one. Stoeger Canada, the Benelli importer gets their guns directly from Italy.Thats a sweet M4!!! I thought they used to offer the adjustable stock... stock. But on their website they only show the fixed stock, why?

'Bought mine in the States... came out to about $1500 Cdn.
Someone please talk me out of buying a Benelli M4... .and please dont recommend me a red dot for it as well. My local gun pusher has one in stock and it stares at me when I walk in the door.
Unless what you really want is semi-auto shotgun I would pass on the M4 and get a Neostead 2000 instead. You get a 22.5" barrel but OAL is only 27" its non restricted and carrys onboard 13rds and the coolest thing is you can carry say 6 slugs and 7 00buck or vise versa and select between the two at anytime.
