We received our special order of these scopes. We ordered 60 there are 24 left. These will sell out fast. Falcon is not currently producing this scope and did a special run for us due to the overwhelming interest of CGN members. When these are gone I don't know when I will get more.

The initial pre-orders will ship this week. Any orders from today on will ship next week.

Are these no longer being made anymore or is there an updated version coming up? I was hoping to stick with MIL for all my scopes, but it looks as though this is only MOA?

This one is MOA.

There were plans a while back to redesign this scope, but they have been put on the back burner with no firm date right now. I would suspect at least the end of 2010 would be the earliest.

We asked Falcon to produce a special run of the original version for us due to the high demand from CGN members. We received 60 and have about 20 left as of today.
 
Just received mine from the *fe*mail man about 15 minutes ago. Here are some pics from me opening the box. (sorry bout the pics, my good camera is missing)
I'm not gonna be doing a write up, since I have an accounting test tomorrow I should be studying for right meow.

Seems like a really good piece for the money. The windage and elevation knobs have a bit of play, but no real complaints besides that.
 
Got mine 2 days ago. This is good, well designed kit. I'm in agreement with Hungry's review - only quibble is the supplied eyepiece and objective covers - definitely will replace with Butler Creek covers. Plan on using this for not only my service rifles, but also will try it out on a few of my hunting pieces for hunting(next year) and varminting this winter. Works well without illuminated dot, having selection of red or green dot is a bonus for those dawn/dusk/shady area hunting situations.

Well, it's now December and I can honestly say that this is the ONLY (I'm not joking) optic that I have ever mounted, shot over 500 points with, and kept for over 12 months/1 year. Timk and Tiriaq are my witnesses. I'm a very fickle competitor especially when it comes to optics. AND with that said, this is the ONLY ONE scope I have ever started and then COMPLETED :eek: the whole season with!

And I still have it! That says a whole lot!! :D

So as I mentioned a few months ago... don't get ONE Falcon, get TWO of them. :nest:

Better yet, I now have THREE of them in my possession! I love this price point optic. :D

Which covers fit the scope? I'm waiting for mine to arrive and need to get the covers....

BTW the Accupoint scope I just got came with "blizzard" type scope covers ( connected by an elastic band) so there are candidates for replacement as well.

edited to add: found scope sizes on Hungry's thread where I should have looked first :redface: 20 Eye, 15 Objective ...
