the best optic for cz 858 Micro aimpoint t-1 AIMPOINT

From what I have read the best setup is the NEA rail with the Aimpoint Micro. I had the setup but never shot with it, so I cant give you experienced advice, just what others have said.

This setup gives you a co-witness through the ironsights. Both the eotech and the docter sit higher if I remember correctly.

Aimpoints are also very durable and have a battery life that isnt matched by the other two.

Burris Fastfire.? Heard good things about those.

The Aimpoint cost more than the Rifle....just for a red dot.

I would stick with the smaller options, with the sight hanging up front it takes up lots of room.

Good luck finding the OKO if that's the route you choose. I even tried to have it ordered and the company wouldn't even respond to their dealer here.
On my "pimped" VZ, I have an Aimpoint Micro mounted on the Infratek railed tactical handguard. Works great and I love it.

I have said this before & Ill say it again.....

As long as you are shooting corrosive ammo it is an iron site gun.....

There are no mounts that will allow mounted optics to remain mounted/stationary during the regular cleaning. Since you will always have a changing POI (every time you shoot) it is useless mounting optics unless you dont clean after that czech ammo.... which means RUST in the barrel and gas system. Which means your accuracy will be zippo either way....

Save your cash - be practicle, call a spade a spade

Dont mount optics unless you are shooting non-corrosive ammo....

"Best" for a red dot would be a Micro or other Aimpoint. I've used a Comp M2 to good effect on the NEA and Infratek rail.

"Good" would include the Burris FastFire and the Bushnell TRS-25. I've used both of those with the same results as the Aimpoint. They're not the same quality or battery life as an Aimpoint, but I've yet to have either model crap out.

Have you tried the NEA rail? You opinion is not shared by those who have actually used this setup.

I have a nc star on my CZ. It is a Tactical 4 Recticle Sight. It works okay, but now it is starting to shut off when I shoot. I liked how I could switch between reticles and colours. O well I ordered an Aimpoint on Thursday from The Shooting Edge.

If you don't really care and just want quick and dirty, or to try out a few different ones before you buy the real thing.... Here is the cheap Hong Kong knock off stuff... I took the 24.95 one, and it's great!

The only problem I could see with the C-MORE would be the length... on the NEA rail it might be a bit too long... the XPS is a lot shorter... but then with both optics you are not going to get a co-wittness (if you want that). I always like to run a co-wittness... but that being said you are going to shell out ATLEAST $500 for an aimpoint with a low mount... and the Burris... well thats already been discussed.

I have ordered from a Shoothing Edge aimpoint micro t-1 .
After research I think I made a good choice..:rockOn::dancingbanana:

i have hesitation with the Eotech xps is good also.;);)

I should receive it soon
