considering cz-858 question

I got one and love it.

My one problem is that the bolt holding the stock on is so tight that it will not come out. I dont know if it is loctited in or what, but the head of the bolt is aready stripping. Any ideas how to get it out without destroying it?

moooo yes! The Shooting Edge has some, $670 (aprox.), i just bought one from there a few days ago, can't remember exactly how much i paid.

They are in Entwistle if you're up for a 3 hour drive or they will do 735 w/ free shipping.... Actually it will be 735 if you pick it up too haha.

Ive had 3 of them now all have performed flawlessly, look excellent and bought from Frontier Taxidermy, here's a pic of mine target shot from a bench rest at 50y out of the box.

Apparently I am not the only one who shot a group like this right out of the box! Accurate and lightweight tack-driver. It is a "keeper" for sure.

I bought one a few months ago. It's a neat rifle. I like my modern black rifles a bit better but it is fun to shoot this one.

Plinking wise I was getting some good groups from the surplus ammo and a bench at 50 yards. I was shooting this rifle in stock form without a muzzle brake. I decided to go for the gong at 200 yards. I had a buddy spotting for me. 7 O'clock hold and I was hitting it consistently. I could barely see the target. The gong was larger than head size but not by too much. It was close to making head shots at 200 yards with open sights and surplus. You couldn't wipe the smile off my face.

Lots of fun, cheap to shoot, and the trigger on them is even fairly decent. I'm happy with my purchase. It's a fun rifle to shoot. I might eventually get a second one to add some wood furniture etc to.
