CZ - 858 Acc. SALE

I just got my mags and folding stock in the mail this morning! Thanks for the great service! As a bonus I found out I have a gorgeous mail delivery lady! I know that wasn't wolverines doing but if I had never ordered this from them I would have never known! So thanks again!:D

Picked up my folding stock and magazines from the post office today, I have one of the newer, darker-coloured CZs, and Wolverine picked out the perfect matching mags and stock for me. Was also a surprise to get a fairly nice 2010 calendar put in the box as well, I was just going to pick one up today, haha.

I am very very pleased... currently trying to manhandle the stock on.

Thanks Wolverine!

Anyone else having issues with the bipod? I still can't get mine to go....... so frustrating!

Are you sliding it on from the rear? (no homo - LOL). It won't go on from the front of the mount.

I also had trouble at first but I was trying to put it on backwards. As Mudflapper said, the legs have to be in the folded position and facing forward before it will slide on. Slide it on from the rear of the bayonet mount. Folding the legs back down locks it on.

Yea the problem im having is that little pin will not go in so it wont slide on - I cant extend the legs, they are permanently folded because that pin will not move.

punch out the pin holding the legs on (be carefull the detent pin could go flying) and clean up the rough edges. i had to do this with mine. i could slide it on but it would not open now it functions perfect. and POA is not affected nearly as much as i thought it would be, makes shotting prone or on the bench that much more fun

OK

So i got her all fixed up - I put the mount on the bi-pod in a vice so I could really torque on the legs - The legs werent moving then something sort of "crunched" and they were free.

A bit sticky at first, but after moving them back and forth about 50 times they are smooth as butter - Must have been a burr or imperfection somewhere like broncoo said.

Now that the bi-pod is on i love it.

For mine, I squeezed the legs together a bit, and then I was able to swing them from back to front. Onc ethe legs pointed forward, it slide onto the bayonet mount with little effort.

Only complaint, and it's very minor, is theres some white crud on the feet that looks like birdsh*t.

Mine was fine right out of the box. Nicely finished, slid on, moved easilly, locked on, slid off, no problems!

hmm. I got the folding stock as well.

Now that I want to put it on.... I guess I need a shorter bolt.

The one for the wood stock is too long. Since the Folder did not come with one.
Where can I get a short bolt for the folder?

Crap. The box had a dozen mags, with a bipod and the folder.
It was just packed with crumpled blank paper.

I took everything out, then took out the paper (recycled) and broke down the box.
It is possible it got caught up in the packing paper :(

I will have to give them a call. ......I also don't have the grip screw for the skeleton stock I got from them (now that one I know I didn't get)..I just procrastinated on it...it worked fine without it. :)
