For the record, as Quigley has already stated here... the membership database is only privy to 3 people. President, Administrator, and Election Chair.
Rachel has never had access to the membership personal information contained in the membership database. Classification is sent to Adminstrator for update to Classification page of website.
Issue has been addressed, with no finding of any wrong doing.

Well it’s that time again and the ballots are out. The last two years on the Board have been busy and rewarding for me. I would like to thank all you who had confidence in me and checked my name on the ballet two years ago. Thank you!!!
I look forward to the opportunity to continue on the Board. I have really enjoyed the mentoring program and look forward to continuing the program. The feedback I have received has been nothing but positive from new members and instructors. I feel that this is an initiative that needs to continue and I hope it will. The classifications have been a challenge but I see a system coming to light that will make everyone happy and I would love the opportunity to be a part of the implementation. As you can see there is still so much to do and I could not get it all done in the first two years. So it only makes sense to continue.
Other things I would like to see started and accomplished over the next two years:
• Some face-to-face meetings with the Board of Directors of IPSC Ontario
• More advanced Planning for our Ontario Provincials
• Meetings set up with our Club Reps to give them an opportunity to get together and discuss IPSC related agenda items - what’s good what not.
• The AGM as a separate event.
• Our Ontario Provincials awards ceremony better celebrated, recognizing all of our competitors more.
• Completion of the Constitution
• Classifications done electronically.
• A more communicative and collaborative board

A final thank you to all who supported me over the last two years and gave me the opportunity to give back to the sport and am asking once again for you to support me once again and vote for me.

Just in case no one has said it, I got the email and thought it was a nice touch.
 
Well I haven’t been on gun nuts for some time. But I do have to say that I am voting for Rachel. I have glanced through some of the thread some worth reading and some not worth reading at all. I have been in Ipsc for a very short time. I would have to say that Rachel is not only a mentor but a friend. Have any of you out there actually taken the time to help a new shooter. Several times she has set time aside to help me. She has been a great encouragement to me. Several times I wanted to quit but she has been nothing but a positive influence. Rachel has come up with some great ideas and having her on the board she will be a great asset. For those who wish to be negative shame on you. The way you sound certainly proves poor sports man like conduct. Just cast your vote for who you think the best candidate will be and who will do the best for IPSC. My ballot is going for Rachel and ...
