im getting the BB in quebec city 15-16-17, I need a complete rig for it though
I tought they'd lend, but anyway I had to get it :p

interesting
i guess i will take my BB course in 2010.
i will spend a few months practicing pistol shooting and saving for an ipsc rig

Don't save for a rig, take the course now. You can get started with a cheap fabric holster ($20?) and some cheap mag pouches. After a few months, you can use the money you were planning on saving for IPSC to see what kind of gear you want to really sink your money into.

After reading this and the Target Thread I now remember why I stopped shooting IPSC.

Any shooting is fun, if you into target pistols or rifles. I have looked at different sports and found IPSC most challenging. Rules are very easy to remember and simply say it is the fastest growing shooting sport in the world, which means wherever we go, we can pretty much shoot IPSC and rules are same.

Good Luck with your shooting

yeah
and I've just read places like california, massachussetts, hawaii, new york and some other states also have the 10-round limitations, making them ideal places to go USA-ipsc'in
unless there is some other rule allowing these states to hold competitions with mags holding more than 10...
or unless there is some rule prohibiting ipsc at all:eek:

Did anyone know how can I register for the first match after I've got my temporary black badge?? What I mean is eg.finish on Sunday, then go for the coming week match.
I'd found some matches can actually registered online;however, you have to have the ipsc password(the ID & password you sign in at your province's ipsc site) inorder to register. Are we going to have that ID and password right after we finished the BB course so that we can start register our first qualifier match. Please advise. Thanks a lot.

I am in Ontario Section.

Your BB instructor should be able to give you the password after you complete the course. But at the unlikely event that he refuse, email Bud (his email is right on the web site) and he'll give you the password.

You need the Ontario passwords for their website, but you also ave to create your own profile on the ipscmatches.net(or whatever it is) singup site.
Good luck.

Thanks euxx and mrclean,

That's what I meant. In order to create an account at ipscmatches.net, I need the Ontario IPSC ID & Password. I will follow what euxx suggested and get the password. Thanks again.

Glock2010, you have to creat your own for the signup site.

Thanks, Mrclean

I had created my Alias at ipsc.org.

And in order to create my account at the signup site, as Euxx said, I need to have the ipsc ID & Password(ontario or other province) before I can create an account at the signup site. :)

I will ask my instructor after the BB course or email Bud for one. :p
