I was shocked to learn that there are still companies out there that actually got out of there way to help their customers. I had broken my Primer Dispenser Assembly and Toggle block on my RCBS Turret press in which was completely my fault. I contacted RCBS Customer service expecting to be directed to a Canadian supplier and having to probably pay alot of money to get these replacement parts. To my shock they said they would send them out for free even after I told them it was my fault. This is what I call customer service and they definitely have a lifetime customer from me.
