I was shocked to learn that there are still companies out there that actually got out of there way to help their customers. I had broken my Primer Dispenser Assembly and Toggle block on my RCBS Turret press in which was completely my fault. I contacted RCBS Customer service expecting to be directed to a Canadian supplier and having to probably pay alot of money to get these replacement parts. To my shock they said they would send them out for free even after I told them it was my fault. This is what I call customer service and they definitely have a lifetime customer from me.

I had the same experience.... I lost a few parts to my Uniflow powder thrower during a move some how, called RCBS, told them my story, and they still sent the parts out for free.
Yep, I've broken quite a bit of RCBS stuff, always fessed up when it was my fault and tried to pay for the parts, they have never cared, just took my address and the stuff showed up.
I did try to buy some stuff from them directly one time that I couldn't find locally, and they told me they would sell me the stuff, but if I went to Midsouth they sell the stuff cheaper then RCBS does.
Their service is just amazing.

I also have a lot of praise for RCBS. I once bought a 30-06 FL sizer die at a yard sale. [$5] When I used it, I found it left some fine marks on the case. I phoned RCBS to see if they were amenable to polish it up for me. The lady on the phone said to send it to them with 3 fired cases from my rifle. Imagine my delight to receive a new die, perfectly matched to my rifle's chamber! That is service. Regards, Eagleye.
