1911 Modification thread, Can't find!

There was a thread where a guy modified his 1911, he added a rail under it, painted it & other good stuff. I know it was an older pistol he worked on and brought it back to life on steroids!

I'm looking to upgrade my SA 1911-A1 GI .45 Tired of the plain Jane features.

Look under the 1911 pistol photo thread in the photo gallery. You might find it quicker there if you do a search under "Ithaca", as I believe it was a WWII vintage Ithaca USGI 1911A1 that had the mods done on it....

Edit.... look on Page 27 of the 1911 photo thread in the photo forum and you will find what you are looking for.....
