CAS question about gun leather rigs... what set up?

Joe has his new prosthetic leg and is working away at getting back up and going; he is still working though.

I have a project with him to make me a holster for my S&W 27 and a harness to allow me to use it on my hip during the summer and as a drop leg holster during the winter to clear my coat. He seemed to enjoy the challenge; he made me a little pouch a bit ago that snaps over my belt and allows me to put my wedding ring and iron ring in a safe place while I shoot so I do not scratch up the finish on my guns.

HOwdy . prefered cal. is 38/357 cost and speed ,this is a fast game that is acclerating.
Holsters , two forward holster , NO cross draws .
Rifles .winchester 73 type with moderate short stroke ,I prefer Marlins they can work well .
Shotguns ,double with choke tubes is the growing flovour due to type of stages being written and the possible 97 train wreck ,
3 or 6 extra shells for when you eject a live one or need a called reload.
Shells for shotgun on slides on the gunbelt can work But if you got a GUT a seperate belt is better or large shotgun only stages ,and for the hot weather take the shotgun belt off to keep cooler .
Not so hard once you do it for 20 years .
