Both. If he wasn't so negligent the accident would not of happened. Now the poor fellow is dead, should have been taught proper safety and get it dug into his head real deep.

s**t happens, accidents happens. Live as long as me and you will see that things just sometimes happen for no reason. Cars go in ditches for no reasons. Planes fall out of the sky for no reason. Girls get pregnant for no reason.

Accidents just happen. That's all I have to say about that and you can take it to the bank!

You know sometimes when I am out on the range with other shooters and I point my firearm at them, they all go ape #### on me. But then I tell them it was an "accident" and it is all good after that.
