Handguard for the rifle CZ24, assuming this is the same part for the sniper rifle the VZ24?

So its $200 ? I tried to order a sporter stock for $125 and they said I needed an import license because it was over $100...silly if you ask me, like I'm going to build a WMD from a $125 sporter stock.
