The gun sounds like its gonna be good, and is a huge bonus in non-restricted. Using the new Pmags is good too, no worries about trying t source FAL or other type mags.
If the RFB doesn't work out, I know what semi-auto 308 I'll be getting.

Indeed, i do have more confidence in RobArms; pretty sure that their XCR-M will be a solid performer. However this is a race and if Kel-tec manages to get their RFB out here first...

since RCMP already classified the XCR-L as unrestricted, the XCR-M is shouldn't have any problems at all.

Those guns you mentioned went prohib, not restricted. The RCMP will lose the court case with the type 97.

They are trying to #### around yes, but not by making them restricted.
