Just wondering what is the thread size on the tip of the barrel for muzzle break\flash suppressor also what is a good tolerance for the bore of the muzzle break? slightly larger if anyone could give me a good tolerance for the bore that would be greatly appreciated. The reason is I am going to buld my own for fum. Thanks!

Thanks for all the info guys. I ordered a 14X1 Tap today from McMaster Carr for $44 shipping included. As far as bore dia. it looks like most brakes are about .050" - 0.060" larger then dia. of any given caliber this allows for bullet clearance while still stripping and redirecting gases.
