ak posp mount on cz-58

Hi, i would like to know if the cz-58 (or vz-58/cz 858) would be able to mount a posp scope with a ak mount or would i need to put a rail or something? I know there is a sticky concerning sks/svd mount but not sure about the ak one (like at kalinka optics)

To use an AK style POSP scope you could either utilize universal rail that would fit to both mounting systems, or go with AK rail like on the pictures. BTW, all POSP scopes are now available in Canada with full support...

Not yet.. but there are a few products coming from a few different people. Sit back, enjoy X-mas and there may be a few new years presents on the way.

I believe you as a thread originator could edit the title :D

same effort to mount either of the rails. The trick is that cz side wall is too thin for tapping…there are two spots that works out good with an AK 74 rail predrilled holes (please refer to my picture few posts above)

man i need to pic one of these up aswell from my cz of you, forgot to get one with the POSP scope i bought off you.
