Figures... I am going to have to declare a tie in our little "hockey pool"! :eek:

We had 451 ballots returned on time to the Election Committee.

That is right smack dab in the middle of:
Weaverd's vote of 462
40cal's vote of 440

We all owe them 50 cents each!

On a serious note...Thank you to all the IPSC Ontario members that voted.

451 Votes Returned is indeed a record... Over 41% return!

I would say that a vote return like that correlates directly to the job that the executive is doing. The higher the vote return the higher the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of that executive, the lower the vote return the more apathetic the members are with the executive. Low vote turn out should be a concern for all organizations.

Well done Bro. 40% return that's got to be a record for ONT. I can remember one election with a 18.7 % return. Sad for the largest IPSC body in Canada. Any who well done to all who taken the time and take an interest in there sport. Good luck to those running.

Judging by the length and the charitable contributions promised with in this certainly my most successful thread ever. I love the smell of democratic process in action, too bad to many choose to see it as privilege not a responsibility.
 
I seem to remember something about the Section Coordinator not being elected by IPSC Ontario as a whole, but by the current Executive. Is that correct? I just want to know who's replacing Quigley. :)
