Hey guys, i just bought a mossberg 935 and i was wondering what brand of shells i should be using because i can't seem to get anything to cycle. Thanks

Are you shooting target loads or hunting loads?
If you are shooting light target loads it might not cycle any of them but I have shot everything from 2 3/4" to 3 1/2'" hunting loads through mine and never had a problem.

I had some 2 3/4" Remington BBB that Used for waterfowl and they worked just fine in my gun. I swicthed to 3" Black cloud and they work great.
I gave up shooting winchester because I found they were too inconsistant and I had cycling problems with them in my 391 which will usually shoot ANYTHING.

ive shot both winchester target and hunting loads. I guess i should rephrase the question to say which 2 3/4" brand works best

The 935 was not designed to shot any 2 3/4" shells.

As per Mossberg's web site:
"Developed for use with 12-gauge 3” and 3-1/2” factory loaded shotshells"

If you plan on shooting 2 3/4" shells the 930 would be the Mossberg semi to choose.
