CFC considers that a pistol. Have fun.
Sorry to ask CanAm but is there any chance at all of the drums being ready when these are? I don't imagine you have a crystal ball but I figure you'd have some idea...
Since when? It REQUIRES two hands to use, therefore not a pistol.

I think in the FRT they do class or at least say they "may" be restricted...don't have it here. I'm not trying to hyjack the thread, just thinking out loud. Wouldn't it be better if it was classes as a pistol instead of a restricted shotgun? You can cut down the barrels on pistols can you not...and if those barrels happen to fit other guns....

What the hell are you going to cut an 8 1/2 inch shotgun barrel down to?![]()
The FRT boys pulled 16" out of their asses. They told me is was based on the US rules (for rifles!). No court has ruled on the subject, and since the gun is designed and intended to be fired with 2 hands, they are on thin ice. But, but placing those words in the FRT, it advances their agenda.True, I guess I should have added a bit more info. When the FRT speaks about "may" be restricted and classed as a handgun etc it gives reference to one of these having a 16" barrel or less and a pistol grip. Therefore you could cut a 16" or less barrel down to what ever length you want...it would be a pistol barrel after all. Again, just thinking out loud.
