I made a trade for a DWM, Luger, 1916 date. The only mismatched part is the side plate, if someone has a sideplate stamped 70, I will buy it or trade my plate that is marked 19. Barrel is rough but shootable. The mag is the type with the wood base, with number 3010.
I figure if the barrel is rough inside it might be worth installing a longer barrel.
What do you think I should do with it, have a new barrel installed or keep it as is? Pictures will be up later when it arrives.

Keep the old barrel on as is.

Albayo,

Leave this one as it is....I've checked my ``parts bin`` and have sideplates but sadly none with the numbres you need...

And if you want a restricted P08 Luger let me know as I'll have a few available shortly in both WWI & WWII trim....

I think I will leave it alone, unless someone else wants it as a rebarrel project to take it into a restricted class. A blank side plate might make it a desirable item. There seems to be lots of Lugers around lately.
