you cant buy any gun parts from USA cos the country you are from is on the restricted list , also there is currently a ban on russian SKS so they cant ship you the parts either .

but please check with your country laws of importing gun parts from canada before you order any gun parts from a canadian store. i dont believe there are any issue from the canadian side.

At a purchase "SKS Rear Sight Assembly" think, that problems will not be, because legislatively that can be interpreted as acquisition "optics".
On some Canadian sites I found "SKS Rear Sight Assembly" for $9,... .
I am interested by two questions:
-postal ordering to Ukraine;
-material which a detail is produced from,-"SKS Rear Sight Assembly" .

Why would you ship to Ukraine? You need a licence to receive it there. Parts of any gun consider to be a gun. So good luck with all the laws there. Same with Russia. It would be a headache
