Help me out here. i have been googleing like crazy and come up blank.

Looking for a rail that will attach where the rear sight is now that is the "20mm" weaver style.

Looking at a red dot for my kids sks and trying to line up all the parts, but can't find who makes them??


Canadian company and CGN dealers have priority of course.

okay i should clarify, it's for an SKS, just found out my scope fit picatinny mounts.

I am looking for a source, that sells a cheap 1 peice mount.

I don't want a mount that cost as much as my SKS in the first the place.

There has to be something out there, i'm not the only cheap (&^* that owns an SKS.

There is only two mounts on the market for a SKS in my opinion that are any good. All the others do not hold a consistant Zero and will only frustrate you.
The mounts I recommend are Scoutmount no gunsmith mount. Also a Choates mount which has to be mounted with hardware. I am also frugal when it comes to the costs of quality items but I was tired of getting frustrated with the cheap Handquard mounts, Cover Mounts ect ect.
 
I have used a Williams Firesight on an old sks I had, it was very similar to a red dot sight. I found it effective at 50 yards which is all I use the Sks for, although I was able to hit the Gong at 200 with it.
