Remington Special Run?

Some really good suggestions, 300 h&h would be nice.

Personally I would like a 700 mountain rifle in 6.5 Rem mag with a 24inch barrel. Since I was going to have one built soon anyways.

How about a 45-70 in a 7600 carbine?:D Seriously, a blued CDL with a detachable mag and sights in 7x57 or 300 H&H would get my interest if I have any money left....

The Mountain Guide model that they already do for Gander Mountain might be worth looking into Clay. Its basically a stainless action and barrel in a Ti stock,S/A only I believe.Because they are already running it for GM in the States you may be able to get it at a reasonable price.Cabela's was offering the same rifle in blue a couple of years ago. Mur

"Faux Ti" SA
I would buy one of these in 7-08 no question if Remington didn't bend us over the hitching rail..
Go with the ADL Ti stock please.

Maybe we should have a different special run model every year.:D

700, 7.62x39, Stainless fluted bull barrel, stainless bolt. Removable Magazine. I would buy 2. One for each hand.

Seriously. That rifle will sell!

How about something different, say an express rifle in stainless, detachable box magazines, including a couple of big ones 19 inch half or full octagon medium heavy barrel, nice iron peep sights, drilled and tapped for scope also, but with extra metal so as not to cut into the barrel, nice classic stock in claro walnut and rosewood forend cap (or maybe schnabel) and chambered in the timeless 45-70. That would be fun. And don't forget the maple leaf.
