Thanks for the complement Cyclone. I hope you have fun with your newly modified toys. The pistol grip is no problem with light loads. I shoot #7 skeet loads all day with mine. Just hang on tight if you try anything heavier. She's gonna kick like a mule! But thats just part of the fun.
Cheers!

Very excellent! So details, patterning results? Slug accuracy? Wrist damage?

All I can tell you so far is about the type of models they are....;)...both are 3-inch chamber :), were formerly full choke , 18.5-inch barrels (so I'm told :D), the blonde being a Winchester 370 in 12 guage (happily marked "made in Canada :canadaFlag:) and was already with a cut-down barrel (so no loss of Canadiana in the process :p) and now wears a nylong sidesaddle/buttcuff and a "snap-on" hi-viz green front sight :yingyang:, the brunette was a CBC Model 151 (the good kind of "CBC") made for Remington in Brazil :dancingbanana:, with the "unlatching mechanism" right in front of the trigger (so no tang to bite back into the hand )......the rest is yet to be range-tested....:stirthepot2:

Man, I need a cheapy single shot...but I need a norc 1911 too....and a tacticool 870. This website has been a terrible influence on me.

You're telling me! :nest:

I started off just looking to have a basic PAL and only purchase a couple of rimfire rifles....;)....oh well! :D

Man, that looks frickin' nice. My single shot that I cut down looks like something out of Mad Max, while yours looks like a beauty. I kind of like the personality mine has. Kind of rusty and the stock was glued(weird I know) to the gun at some point. I got it for real cheap though to cut down. It's a ton of fun but nobody ever wants to shoot it more than once other than me.

Anyhow :p, made a makeshift "holster" for the brunette.....:D.....here's the "step-by-step".....;)....:

One standard "in Toronto we don't provide free plastic shopping bags anymore" fabric bag (cost: $1):

Some "incisions"...:

The basic "premise" :

Semi-finished look:

Testing it out:

Still need to re-inforce the stitching :yingyang:, throw some "self-made" shell-loops all over it , and see if I can make/attach some belt-loops onto the "holster" so that a factory leather/nylon shell-belt can somehow be threaded through it , so as to "cinch" the whole package tighter to the body (and not have it flap-around as much as it currently does )......time will tell!
