Any advice for a really good modern book on gunsmithing, shooting, reloading, etc that's centered around precise rifle marksmanship?

ABC's of reloading is a good start for reloading.
Don't know about the others

I can also offer a really good book by Bryan Litz on LR ballistics. pretty much the go to reference these days for bullet data.

Not to hijack...but that's because Jerry is the prime example of how it should be done in this business...best of the best, top quality products, willing to share info, and service that goes above and beyond. That is nearly unheard of in the industry, though there are others that are exeptional as well, not too many are the complete package.

I second the Ultimate Sniper book as well. It is packed with valuable info.
