I'll even give away my EXTREMELY Bubba'd 8mm mauser (with welded on crooked side mount and ground off sights) to the one with the most tails collected at the end of the shoot. It's not just a gun, it's a trophy!! Maybe it can be passed on to the 2011 winner.
I won't forget the camera either, so I can post embarrasing pics of all those involved...

Instead of the little engraved brass plaque, just carve your CGN handle into the stock with a jackknife, with # of kills. How's that for Bubba?

Seriously, I tried to sight it in and had but 8 bullets. The first one made my eyes water. I shot low for 6 rounds at 25 yds, had to shoot the last 2 left handed. Bruised BOTH my shoulders.

Haven't taken it out of the safe since.

Well, theres another 200 rounds sized, trimmed, prepped, and primed....little bit of powder and a chunk of copper jacketed lead and they will be ready to terminate the lives of small rodents

bah, 10 loads later and my gun still isn't giving me the groups i want. also, i keep seeing some of you mention fishing, what are where around there are you fishing for? would make a nice diversion, and fresh for lunch is always good.

Terminate is such a strong word. In today's kinder, gentler world maybe we could use liquidate. Or snuff. Or quash maybe.

Or my personal favorite...expunge. The word that comes bundled with its own sound effect when you say it correctly.

i'll trade 3 lbs of H4198 salvaged from last years hand loads for 2 lbs of varget. i'll never get rid of this stuff, so it's either trade it or make pipe bombs to stuff down gopher holes.

Will be off to the Lloyd gun show tomorrow.. need to look for bullets, powder, brass, and primers.. then have to find time to work up loads.. I guess I better find out from the dr if I can even shoot yet... might be 4-6 weeks before I can play...
