just got a Tokerav TT-33 from Frontier and the dam thing is full auto it scared the crap out of me when i shot it.. there must be a problem in the trigger group?

Stuck firing pin - CLEAN IT thoroughly before shooting it!!!! It's probably caked with cosmoline inside.

Total detail strip, clean, and re-assemble before shooting ANY new gun (especially a milsurp!).

no i thought that at first but whats happening is the hammer is coming forward with the slide , the hammer does not lock back after you fire the first round

and remember, what you are experiencing is called 'doubling' (which is the correct technical term for that malfunction)because if it's called the other thing nasty things can happen that involve uniformed men and expensive lawyers.

I think you need a bigger magazine!
The little flat spring that works with the sear is probably the problem. Chinese or Russian or some other place gun?

Down in Amerika I have heard of the BATF arresting shooters with a busted sear

Don't fire it again, send it back. When it comes back, dry fire the gun, live testing one round in the mag. There is a hole in the trigger group to look at sear engagement. Don't post about having fool auto on the interwebs no more.

I just heard the black helo is inbound. Frontier is good ppl they will make it right. Test the new one after cleaning it with 3 in the mag

DO NOT SHOOT IT.

test with an empty primed case.

If you have an "out of battery" explosion, you could be picking brass (or steel) out of your face or eyes for an extended period.

But don't ask me how I know that....

Which is why on quite a few forums, when people talk about things that can potentially lend them in hot water, usual way to start the description of a problem is by saying "I've had a dream last night..."

"I've had a dream last night that my TT-33 went full auto. The dream scared the crap out of me. In my dream I've checked the thing out, and it was the hammer that wasn't locking back. And then I woke up...."

This way you don't self-incriminate, and if anyone pushes it's just a dream, and some times you can dream about crazy things.

*shrug*

Just a suggestion.
