I do find it kind of funny though how so many guys belittle him with cheap shots. Including that stupid efing photo shopped tutu thing. Hello, grade 9 called they want you guys back..
I sit here sometimes and chuckle about how many of the internet warriors would make out dissing him in person. I've met the dude, hunted with him for a short day in fact. Let's just say this. I wear a size 46 jacket. And Gate makes me look like a shrimp! lol Ya, he's got a boone and crocket sized head but it belongs there. Like most of us that have gained a few lbs since our high school days we could use to loose a bit of weight. If Gate trimmed back to that mode I would guestimate he'd go about 260lbs.

Like I said, I met him once in person. He's a good guy in many ways, 3 times more intellegent than the norm here and a fun guy to hang with. But I'm not one his stalkers.

He really is a internet celebrity at this point. Between getting a 550+ post count on something as dumb as the coronation of a new fangled cartridge (that I really want to neck down to 7mm BTW), and posing as Bartell's father in a CGN mini-series, I actually have a bit of respect without even meeting the guys. Hard to dislike a guy when he has good taste in guns. Now where the heck is that pom-pom smile
