Barrel swap DAC394 -> P228

Hey guys, I have a barrel from a DAC 394 and even though it's a clone of a Sig P228 I was wondering if I can use that barrel in a P228 safely? Even though it's a clone, I guess it doesn't guarantee 100% part interchangeability.

The DAC barrels are good. If it fits and functions well, I don't know why there would be a problem. The DAC barrel feed ramp etc. would need to be filed to the same dimenssions as the SIG barrel.
