Rings for tikka??

What are a good set of rings for a Tikka heavy barrel T3 and where would I get them thanks in advance to the experts here!!

Yep go with the Burris. If you dont have a rail you can use burris rings with a egw base.

I have been running a set of basic Leupold rings on my T3 Varmint .223 for a year now without any problems at all. They hold the scope perfectly about 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch from the barrel.

I have a few tikkas and I use Sako's Optilok rings and have never had a problem with them.

I had the type that clamp on the dove tail (millett I beleive) fail on my 338 T3. They broke in half and gouged my scope. It now wears Talleys ordered directly from the USA for around $50.

I got my egw base directly from them. Took about a week. Got the 20 moa one.

Get a set of Warne rings made specifically for the grooved Tikka receiver. No need for an additional rail. The front ring has a recoil lug that fits in the hole at the front of the Tikka receiver. You can buy the Warne in fixed or QD.

It's the best I've seen for Tikka.
