I have a 5lb can of RL-19 and a new CZ550 medium Lux that needs to be feed. I have a stash of Graf brass and Pri partizan 286 bullets that I plan to use.

I searched the web and found a lot of data for Varget, RL-15, H414.

I could only find one article that said RL-19 was good and RL-22 was even better. I found a load of 62 grains of RL-19 behind a 300 grain bullet not the 286 grain bullet for around 2200 fps. I am shooting for a FPS around 2100-2300 so I am going to give the 62 grains a try with a large rifle primer.

Any one else use slow powders in there 9.3x62mm?

Thanks

I've only used Varget so far with the 9.3x62. Graf brass, Privi 286 grain SP, CCI 200 Large rifle primer. c.o.l. of 3.27 using model 46 Husky.

55 grain Varget=2250-2260
55.5 grain Varget=2280 or so
56 grain Varget=2305 or so

Pretty much bang on for what the Hodgdon site data says it should do.

55gr Varget + 9.3x62mm + 286gr Privi = :D :D
