End of barrel in scope view

After mounting a scope I can see the end of the barrel in the scope view.
I tried to keep the scope as low as possible. The bottom of the scope is only about 3mm above the barrel and the barrel is 26" long. Should the barrel be out of the scope view?
 
My Tikka is about that close but I cant see the barrel in the scope. I would rather have a close scope and a bit of barrel than a scope mounted ultra high. Just my preference though.
 
Here is the 1X view of my 1-4X20 VX-II Leupold. Three deer down last year with this set up. :D

Cleoo1, if you sight picture looks like Nine's you are just fine, if it bothers you raise the scope, otherwise it will ghost out quickly and you won't notice it. 3mm is the absolute minimum clearance between the bell and barrel before things start to go wonky. lots of cool things happen when that trigger is pulled and its hard on hardware if they happen to meet....happy shooting
