FYI!!!!!!!! I was just checking Fab Sports site and they are bringing in Krinker Kits, it says coming soon with no other info.

Hey, thanks! You don't happen to know roughly what they cost, do you? Also I am torn between the new tactical 10/22 or buying the plain Jane and one of these. Thoughts?

I am not a fan of the older krinker kits as they don't look right to scale for me. I will have to see what this one looks like. I am really leaning towards a AR lookalike with short barrel.

I didn't see any Krinker Kits on their website, but I did some looking on the internet and found these Krinker Plinker kits.

Is this what Fab Sports is importing?

Come on the fab site is easy to navigate bud. Go to stocks, choose 10/22, then at the bottom of the list is the krinker kit. It is the one you have pictured at the top.

Before you click on the Krinker kit there is a thumbnail pic, the rest no worky yet. It looks to be the gun at the top in the pic you posted to a t though. I likey but would have to handle it myself.

I doubt you will see the short barrel version in Canada.
To my understanding, OAL is less than 26" with stock folded open.

Weld the stock open and get a 10" barrel or permanently attach the flash hider to the 8.5" = unrestricted

Swapped out the OEM hand guard on mine for some AK-47 wood. Fit perfect!
Next....a Galil Pistol Grip!

I am terribly sorry but in my opinion the stock looks like commy crap. I realize diversity is the spice of life and am glad you like your kit. But I think he (fab)should have stuck with the 556. Unlimited stock options.

I wonder why he dropped the 556 and kept the evo??

I know he has various reasons. The last one he mentioned was a need to order 50 units at a time.
Personally I'm afraid that the return of the 556 will coincide with me having no liquid cash
handy at the time. Their not cheap. But I would hate to miss out on the next batch.
Something about the nordic just doesn't do it for me.

I have an old school krink kit and it is worth every $$$. 8.5 inch barrel with the flashhider welded and the stock welded makes it 27 3/4" long. A great kit for the 10/22.

It's actually a very solid & well built kit!!
Don't knock it till ya tried it.....

I have to say that is the one 10/22 that I wouldn't sell even though I have had lots of offers. Great little kit that is accurate and easy to use. Great way to gets lots of lead down range.....
