Russian Scopes -- lost the website

Sometimes I think that Canadians are more capitalist than Americans. I've heard Americans say numerous times that they always buy "made in USA". It's a little different with most Canadians; whoever has the most competitive price, gets the business, and the moment the prices drop a few dollars outside of Canada, people buy foreign.

If we want our economy to improve, we will support Canadian industry by demanding Canadian products and buying from Canadian suppliers, whenever possible.

The only problem is that there isn't any scopes made here in Canada, come to think of it there is very little shooting supplies made here.

Any local business is better than no business. Keep the money in Canada. Support the local suppliers, even if the products aren't actually made in Canada.

We need some entrepreneurs around here to start making some Canadian supplies.

Don't buy NcStar - cheap prices, cheap quality. Bought one and returned the next day.

For Russian scopes, Kalinka has the best selection. Awsome scopes, especially collimator red dots. They are designed for side mount though, the only thing I wish that they would come without that side mounting integral bracket so you can mount them on a picatinny rail. On SKS, side mounting puts the scope fairly high above the barrel.
