Has anybody used one yet? We've got a few coming in a couple of weeks and I've never actually held one. Anybody have any experience; good or bad with them?

I thought they were not exporting them to Canada. I hope it is better than the savage stock. My wrist locks in those stocks uncomfortably.

We've got a few 22 lr's and a few 17 HMR's coming in mid Feb. Maybe we'll have to wait to find out then?

I just love the look of the new Varmint thumbhole stocks, they are so un CZ like. They really do need some upgrades cosmetically to their line. There is a pile of interesting looking new product from Savage this year. The durability of laminate stocked rifles in very good. FS
