Anyone seen one of these yet? I got this off a US site. If it has been posted before I apologise. It is called the A400 Xplor
http://

The Xplor hasn't shown up in these parts yet and the Beretta Gallery I was in last month didn't have one in stock either. Having read a couple of reviews and the marketing material I'm interested in seeing and shooting one but will be hard pressed to give up my 391.

The main feature of this gun appears to be the ability to fire 24 gram target loads through to 3-1/2" magnums. Firing a 2 ounce, 3-1/2" turkey load shell in a shotgun that weights 6-1/2 pounds is not all that appealing a prospect. Ouch!

When you pull that trigger to bag that turkey....you will not feel the recoil.
And when you bag that tom, you will have a biiig smile on your face and....recoil? what recoil? What shoulder?

That new Beretta semi-auto looks sweet. Better than any Beretta semi-auto I have seen in recent times.

It looks more like a Benelli than a Beretta. P.S. you don't need a 3 1/2" Mag. to kill a Turkey.

That is true in the field. However with any shotgun that I use on game there will be at least one range session of patterning, POI and function testing. A 3-1/2" shell in a 6-1/2lb gun from the bench sounds like a good way to induce a flinch.
